For quite some time, I had intentions of gathering all these photos to one place. As time passed, the photos stacked up, and I felt a sense of necessity to get them all together as our political and social climate grows more and more tense.
I attend as an activist and a member of my community and not as a photographer, so all images are iPhone only, processed with VSCO. They contain every ounce of passion, love, anger, happiness, togetherness, motion and movement that I intended. The gallery will regularly be updated as time progresses.
As far as my passions are concerned, this is my heart on the page. I hope you enjoy these photographs.
Regardless of your politics, one thing is for sure: Chicago comes together.
