That whole ‘Your wedding day is over in a flash!’ thing is no joke, you guys. This fact was made abundantly clear when I got married; the whole day was a blur of chaos, love, tears, laughter, and a few heaping spoonfuls of disaster (check out our backyard wedding here). Ever since then, I’ve had a new appreciation for how important my work is. I love love so damn much, I made it my life’s work.
But it’s more than photographing just folks in love. Weddings are incredible things, especially unique weddings of couples who buck convention and do things their way. Your wedding day should be a reflection of you, no matter who you are. When it comes to your wedding photography, don’t make compromises with your memories.
Marriage is for life, and your wedding is the party of your life. So let’s party.
